Not happy with your photos? Email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount — no questions asked. You do not need to explain why, and it does not matter whether you have downloaded the photos.
How to Get a Refund
- Email support@datingphotos.ai from the address you ordered with, within 7 days of purchase.
- We confirm the refund within 3 business days.
- The money is back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The One Limit
One refund per person. The guarantee exists so that trying datingphotos.ai is risk-free — not as a way to get photos for free. If you have already been refunded once, a later order is final.
Technical Failures
If generation fails and we cannot deliver your photos, you are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window — no request needed.
