Both sell dating photo sets as one-time purchases. The real difference is in the conditions under that guarantee, and in what $29 buys on their current price list.

Two guarantees with the same name
datephotos.ai's refund policy lists four conditions that must all hold: the request comes within 7 days, it is your first order, you give a reason, and you have not downloaded any generated photo. In their words, "once a photo is downloaded, the project is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for refund."
That last condition is the one that matters, because downloading is how you test a dating photo. Whether a picture works is decided on a phone screen, inside the app, next to your other photos — and getting it there means saving it. A guarantee that ends at the first download asks you to decide whether the set is good before you have used any of it.
